Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and software products operated by CODETRON DOO UMČARI, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, with its registered address at Umčari, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 21807729, tax ID 113127651 ("Codetron", "we", "us").

These Terms apply to codetron.xyz and to each of our products (each a "Service"), currently:

• Kadar (kadar.studio)

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Each product may publish its own additional terms and privacy policy on its website, covering how that product works, its plans and limits, and the data it processes. Where product terms conflict with these Terms, the product terms apply to that product.

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by an authorised online reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The reseller is named at checkout and on your receipt, processes your payment, issues invoices and handles payment-related customer service and refunds. When you purchase a subscription, you also agree to the reseller's buyer terms presented at checkout.

Prices are shown on each product's website. The final price and any applicable taxes for your location are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period shown at checkout until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
• If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription.
• The features and any usage limits of each plan are described on the product's website.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use a Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use a Service for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
• upload, create or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts the sexual abuse of minors;
• circumvent usage limits, resell access, or scrape or overload the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into a Service and to what you create with it. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for how you use anything a Service produces for you.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and branding, are owned by CODETRON DOO UMČARI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
